Minimum of OND in Accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office and generic accounting software.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing organisation.

| Job specification: |
- Imputation of daily transactions into the computer system
- Analysis of various expenses and posting of accounts
- Updating fixed asset register
- Reconciliation of Bank accounts
- Preparation of annual returns for PAYE, WHT, etc.
- Maintenance of Store records and updating bin cards
- Assists in monthly stock taking exercise in various stores
- Reconciliation of NL accounts
- Handling import documentations
- Reconciliation of creditors accounts
- Preparation of purchases spreadsheet
- Periodic stock taking at all stores to ensure accountability
