BSc/HND in Accounting. Proficiency in MS Office applications, and generic accounting software. Minimum of 4 years work experience.

| Job specification: |
- Periodic stock taking at all stores to ensure accountability
- Enforcement & supervision of store procedures & activities
- To enforce ISO procedures applicable to Inventory Section
- Training of storekeepers
- Cash flow budgeting & projections
- Reconciliation of trade Debtors Accounts
- Preparation of Debtors Outstanding report
- Monitoring & checking of all entries into the Accounting system
- Cross checking & monitoring of payment of salaries, wages & allowances.
- Preparation of schedule of payments.
- Cross checking & making remittance of statutory returns (i.e. PAYE, NSITF,trade unions, etc) Reconciliation of accounts
- Costing of raw materials & WIP
